Hi everyone,
We're new to camping with a Lance. We upgraded from a small Shadow Cruiser to a 2006 1181 LanceMax. I was wondering if it was better to leave the bedliner in or out when loading? Does it make a big difference in camper fit with it out? Thanks! |

If it is one of those plastic drop ins, you might want to get a thick rubber mat for the camper to sit on to keep it from sliding around. I don't think you need to remove it.

I would take the bedliner out and put a rubber mat on the bed.Them plastic liners are very slippery no matter what you put on them. The ideal thing is a sprayed in liner and then a rubber mat on top of that.

I agree that this is the best way to go. Joe Myers (retired and on the road whenever I want) 2000 Dodge 3500 CTD DRW 4x4 6 Spd Man. 3.54 Rear 2003 Lance 1121 Loaded 1999 Taco 4x4 Toad V6 5 Spd Man. |

Rubber mat is the way to go. Something I remember from high school physics, called the coefficient of friction. Can't remember the formula but the lesson stuck. LOL
