Ok... so what is it? I added HID headlights to my 03 Duramax and it is a night and day difference, no pun intended.

I did not just replace the bulbs, I had to add a ballast and ignighter to the system as well as HID Bulbs. I drive in the desert at night alot and they improve your visibility by quite a bit.

This modification is so good I am thinking about partnering with an HID distributor and selling them to LOA members at a deep discount. Be careful if you try to buy them off the internet as most of them seem to be junk. And dont be fooled by halogen bulbs claiming to be HID but they are just tinted blue. The HID conversion kits I am thinking about offereing to LOA members would have a lifetime warranty.
