I own a 199 935 and would like to install a "truckin awn" over the rear door. However the overhang at the back does not allow for a min. of 3" over the doorway as required in the instructions. Is it ok to mount it to the over hang?

I ended up surfing and looking at how other had mounted the awning. The camper itself is not flat on the top rear edge. There is a slight overhang i would assume to eliminate water run off directly over the door. I appreciate your reply.

I guess I have to plead stupidity. I don't know what you mean by overhang. I went to the Carefree web site to look at your Truckin Awn & it looks like you need a flat solid place to attach the awning as the roller is on the part that moves out. You might post a picture of your situation or give CareFree of Colorado a phone call & ask them what is the best way to mount it. I assume that when you bought the Truckin Awn, you told them what model of camper you had.
Could be someone here has a camper like yours & may be able to offer some advice. Good Luck.
