We have a 2003 1161 with the drivers side slide-out. A noticeable "sag" has developed under the slide-out.
I live on Long Island, in New York. My dealer has had a falling out with Lance and is no longer a Lance dealer. I found this out when I contacted him last summer when I discover rot on the passenger side skirt. I ended up fixing that myself, and found it to be a major pita. And now this.
So, other than driving it across the US to Lance for repair, which isn't really an option right now, or takig a chance on having the slide-out actually "slide-out" completely, Does anyone have any ideas?

The sag likely caused the skirt rot. I saw this on another 1161, it likely pulled the molding that runs across the skirt, allowing water to get in. There is a joint under there.

I live on Long Island too. Try going to Bill's Vacation Trailers in Lindenhurst. They are now the Lance dealers for the Island. Having them replace the bumber on my new 2009 1055 this week and fix a number of other problems on the rig.

How about a couple of HD rachet type hold down straps installed front to back legs.
