I've had my 815 for about a year and whenever draining the grey tank the water would just trickle out. I removed the knife valve and above it was one of those thin plastic "test" plugs still glued in place.....some knucklehead forgot to remove it. Has anybody else discovered something unusual on theirs?

No "surprises". Our current Lance has been problem free, except for the Generac generator, in nearly 6 years and thousands of travel miles. This is our fourth Lance over 20+ years and we've not experienced any unusual problems with any of them.
