Yep, I know what you mean. Our first Lance in the mid-80s had a wet bath. Wet bath means exactly that... wet bathroom!

We've also thought about upgrading to a 1181, but we don't like the extra height basement models add to the overall height of the truck/camper. For us basement models offer no benefits.

FTIW, if you don't mind pre-owned I've been seeing some 1181's on craigslist in CA and NV. The range seems to be around $20k +/- for '07 FSBO, dealers seem to run $24-26. I'm tired of the wet bath on my 1020 and am poking around 1140's etc., and craiglist has been a great starting point.

Does anyone have any input on the NADA values? I've pretty much ignored them though many craiglist posters reference them as justification for their pricing.

Well, I for one am very happy with my 1181. Might be some good buys out there right now?
