This is a reminder to check those roof vent covers on your camper and see if they are cracked. I went into my camper during the last rainstorm to find my matress soaking wet. The escape hatch cover had a nice crack in it which let water drip into the camper.

Thanks Rick - judging by the picture, it looks like mine are ventline. I'll need to get out to the camper and figure out the model number.
Thanks for the info - Greg |

Just a little off topic but I replace both of my Fantastic covers with the insulated type. I think if the outer cover cracks the inner will save some problems.

If they are ventline vents, the answer is yes. I ordered a replacement cover for my ventline by phone after hail damage. Contact info here. Try to ascertain your model # first from your vents. I noticed that the covers on both my lav small (approx 12") roof vents have cracks in them. Are just the covers available to be replaced or do the entire vents need to be replaced?
Thanks - Greg |
