We arrived at Devil's Den on January 8th. I don't think motorhomes would have an easy time parking in these sites but for a truck camper it is a piece of cake. This was a neat time of year to be in the park. There is a 1.5 mile trail with a lot of ups & downs & lots of rocks on the trail. If you can walk it, you are rewarded with some really neat waterfalls & at this time of year some beautiful icicles formed by water coming out of the rocks. We were able to walk behind one waterfall. The park ranger said the waterfalls were especially good the day we were there because of recent rains. We found a huge rock about 15 feet tall just covered with a very pretty green moss on one side. For the cavers, there was a cave you could explore if you had a flashlight. We didn't go in. The wife is afraid of caves. If you like to walk trails & explore, this is a nice place to check out. We walked the trail in about an hour but you could easily spend 2 or 3 hours on the trail depending on how long you take to investigate things of interest along the way. The winter rates were in effect so the price was right. You can probably find the web site for Arkansas State Parks by doing a search for them on the web. The trail really "made" the park for us & we were pleasantly surprised.
